Importantly, we do not save any client data. For security purposes, the BlockDrop® platform does not store, cache, or archive any of the typed form responses to ensure the confidentiality of client data. Your form responses do not touch our server and stay local on your computer via secure save.

Yes! BlockDrop® offers a customized document automation service for its clientele. Our clients can have any of their own document resources automated as we have done for the native documents on our platform. As part of this bespoke, white glove service, no third parties will have access to your firm’s resources other than your selected users. Please inquire directly at firstname.lastname@example.org about how this service could work for your firm.
BlockDrop® is a web-based platform, therefore our resources require an internet connection to be accessed. However, if you already have a template open when you lose your internet connection, once connectivity is restored you will be able to pick up where you left off or save your progress without needing to refresh the page.
Every resource has the option to be exported as .DOCX or .PDF for use with standard document editing software such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat. With our new secure save feature you can also save your current progress and return to any template on the platform to pick up where you left off.
Yes, using secure save; a feature for saving form responses securely to your local computer or iManage. This way you can save your progress and return to our platform while keeping your client data secure.
Using our secure save feature, form responses can be pushed across any template on our platform. Corresponding fields will automatically populate, while non-matching fields will not.
Currently we are integrated with iManage which allows you to save documents our resources and progress directly to your existing iManage Work Server. Additionally, we have an integration with NetDocuments and others coming soon.
Yes, the BlockDrop® platform is fully interoperable with cloud based systems such as Citrix VDI, Microsoft Hyper-V, IBM Cloud VMware, etc. All that is required to use the platform is an internet connection.
